Framed Stained Glass for Interior Decoration
Any of the original Tanglewood Tales designs can be scaled up into larger framed panels, or you can commission a unique framed panel.

Hand Painted and Etched Framed Panels
Having a panel framed gives you the option to have a larger panel for display. Any size over 20 x 30 cm, and up to 30 x 40cm is suitable for framing.
Framing options
Panels are framed as standard in a narrow, black wooden frame. There is the option to choose your preferred style of frame for an additional cost, to be discussed in the initial consultation.

Custom Framed Stained Glass Panels
Creating your bespoke framed stained glass panel is a collaborative journey. From the initial consultation through to the finished piece, your ideas will be realised to create the final product.

Step 1: Initial Consultation and Design Discussion
The initial consultation via email will outline your ideas and vision for the final panel.

Step 2: Custom Design and Approval
A design drawing will be produced, after payment of the non-refundable retainer, which will be used as the basis of the panel. This will include as many of your original ideas as possible.

Step 3: Painting and Etching the Panel
The time taken to paint and etch the panel can vary depending on the detail of the design. The timeline of completion will be discussed in the initial consultation. Photos of the work in progress can be provided, although some people prefer having a surprise!

Step 4: Framing
Once the painting and etching process is complete, the final payment balance will be taken, before the panel is framed. This is where any custom frames will be ordered, which will have been discussed at the initial consultation.

Step 5: Collection or Delivery
As the panels are precious, great care needs to be taken when it comes to delivery. Delivery is available for a fee within 30 miles of the studio location, otherwise collection is welcome. Postage can be arranged via Special Delivery with Royal Mail or a Fragile items courier at the clients discretion.
Choose from an existing Design

I use a variety of art glass, often with a hand rolled effect on the surface, which has unique reams and bubbles in each piece. I use a wide range of different colours, from deep greens, sea blues, to fiery sunset oranges. Transparency and opacity varies, making each piece of glass completely unique due it's handmade qualities.
The paint I use is professional grade glass paint which cures onto the glass, giving a hardened finish, suitable for indoor decor.
This varies depending on my work schedule and the complexity of the finished piece. Once the piece finished, I will contact with an expected delivery or collection date.
The panels can be any original Tanglewood Tales design, or can be created from your own ideas.
Pricing varies based on size, complexity, and materials used.
